Release 2026-04-15

New Functionality and Updates

  • Reports and analytics overhaul

The Reports section has been redesigned with richer data across all tabs. Yearly Overview now shows year-over-year comparisons and a breakdown by sales channel. Period Overview includes a day-by-day performance trend chart. The Inventory tab tracks monthly inventory value snapshots, stock movement, slow-moving products, and wine value by category.

  • Download inventory as .csv

Each month on the Inventory tab now has a Download CSV button, letting you export that month's inventory values directly to Excel or Google Sheets.

Bug Fixes

  • Backups now include beverages and liquor in addition to wines. Creating, restoring, and downloading backups works for all three product types.

  • Fixed wines with missing glass prices that caused glass sales to show zero revenue and incorrect profit.

    Liquor & Spirits Inventory

You can now manage spirits and liquor alongside wines and beverages. Track inventory, record sales and purchases, and see liquor data in your Reports - all with support for ABV tracking and partial bottle adjustments.

  • Improved Inventory Modals

Quantity inputs are now auto-focused when recording sales or purchases, so you can immediately use arrow keys to adjust values. Larger font size makes values easier to read, and modals are more appropriately sized on larger screens.

  • New tenants now receive sensible default settings automatically

New Functionality and Updates

  • 1. Notification center

New notification system in the header shows system alerts, low inventory warnings, and important updates.

  • 2. Decimal inventory adjustments

You can now enter decimal values when adjusting inventory (e.g., 3.5 bottles) to track partial bottles and open wine for by-the-glass service. The decimal values are recalculated to milliliters and displayed in the main wine and beverage lists.

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed special characters in wine names displaying incorrectly (apostrophes showing as HTML codes). So now names like Exclusive'T and Chateau d'Arlay is displayed correctly.

  • Fixed notification icon alignment in the header navigation
